Pakistan again violates ceasefire, shells fired in Poonch sector

Srinagar: Since the removal of Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan has been badly bombarded and is continuously firing from across the border. On Saturday, Pakistan broke the ceasefire once again and opened fire on the Line of Control (LoC) in the Dighwar sector of Poonch district. The Pakistani Army is continuously firing from across the border and firing shells.

The Indian Army is also giving a befitting reply to the nefarious act of Pakistan. Earlier, a ceasefire was breached by Pakistan on Monday (February 4) in Tangdhar sector of Kupwara. One civilian was killed and four others were injured in this firing. Pakistan fired indiscriminately on Indian defense posts and villages near the Line of Control (LOC) in Kashmir and fired shells.

Three terrorists of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad were arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday, 7 February. All three terrorists were involved in the Srinagar grenade attack case. The terrorists arrested through the Srinagar police were identified as Naved ul Latif Padru, Shakeel Ahmed Padru, and Shamshad Manzoor. According to police records, all three are related to Jaish and have been involved in the grenade attack in Pratap Park.
