In the  Balakote sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district, the Pakistan on Friday violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC). The Indian Army retaliating strongly and effectively to the ceasefire violation.

The Pakistan Army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatics and mortars in the wee hours in the Poonch Sector along the LoC yesterday.
During the cross firing, two soldiers suffered from injuries who were then taken to the Hospital.

In Jammu and Kashmir's Bhimber Gali sector yesterday the Pakistan Army also violated the ceasefire along the LoC.
