Agra: Crime incidents in Uttar Pradesh are increasing daily. News like murder, rape, robbery comes out from the state every day. The latest case has come out of Vrindavan in the state. A case of rape of a minor girl from Ukraine for three consecutive days by a music teacher of Pakistan has come to light.
However, the police arrested the Pakistani national on Wednesday. A police officer informing the media about the case said that "The accused Anand Kumar is a resident of Karachi and he has been living in the city on a tourist visa for the past several years." Vrindavan Kotwali in-charge Awadhesh Pratap Singh said that an FIR has been lodged in this case and the accused has been arrested near the tamarind lock near Parikrama Marg.
Based on the complaint of the victim's father, an FIR was registered by the police and the accused has been sent behind bars. Police said the victim is a citizen of Ukraine and lives in the nearby Chaitanya Vihar. Her parents are Krishna devotees, though both are separated and now live separately. Mathura SP Uday Shankar said that the accused have been arrested and orders have been given to investigate the case.
