Pak's hockey team has come upon an unexpected statement. Due to visa restrictions, the Pakistani squad will compete in the Asian Champions Trophy in Dhaka without a goalkeeper.

The two senior Pakistan goalkeepers, Amjad Ali and Mazhar Abbas, have failed to receive visas for Bangladesh, according to Pak Hockey Federation Secretary Asif Bajwa. According to Bajwa, "The squad has departed for Dhaka without a goalkeeper due to the unexpected circumstances.

In an emergency, PHF has chosen to send two goalkeepers, Abdullah and Waqar, who recently competed in the Junior World Cup in India. According to Bajwa, "We are transporting them to Dhaka since both of them have received a visa from Bangladesh. We won't be able to risk anything by waiting for veteran goalkeepers to obtain visas.'
