Ingredients for making spinach koftas-
1 cup finely chopped and boiled spinach
1/2 cup gram flour
2 small onions finely chopped
1 tsp oil
2 tsp fresh garlic and ginger grated
1 green chili finely chopped
1/2  tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch heeng
1 pinch of baking powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For the curry -
1 medium sized onion
1 tsp garlic
1  small piece of ginger
2 green chilies
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp curd
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp fresh cream and cream
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped
Salt to taste

To make kofta - First of all squeeze the boiled sails and remove all the water and keep it aside, now add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt, oil, spinach. After this, make a soft dough of gram flour and all the spices mixed, if it looks very hard, then add the squeezed water of spinach and soften it. Now if it feels too wet, add a little more gram flour. Make 15-18 koftas from the kneaded dough. After this, heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is well heated, medium the flame and put 5-6 koftas for frying. Now leave it like this for a while and then fry from the other side of the overturn. Now run slowly and fry until golden. Fry them all in this way.

To make the curry - First of all, mix onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies and make a paste. Now put the oil in a pan and heat it, add onion paste in the hot oil, fry, after drying the water, add coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder and fry. After this, add the tomato paste and cook until the oil is separated. Add 3 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes after covering on a low flame. Now add the cream and milk and cook for a while more. Cook for 2 minutes of garam masala and kofte meal. After this (if the water is less, add a little more hot water because the kofta absorbs more water.) Now turn off the heat and carefully remove it in the serving bowl. Now you take the garnished with fresh cream and green coriander from the top and serve with hot bread and rice.
