Ingredients for making spinach Paneer-
500 gm spinach
200 gm Paneer
2 green chillies
1 tsp refined oil
Asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped onions
1 garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp cream
Red chilli (by taste)
Salt (by taste)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice

Method of making Palak Paneer- First of all, clean the spinach leaves thoroughly and cut them into fine pieces. Boil the spinach in salt water for 2 minutes. Strain the lightly boiled spinach into a sieve. After that, grind spinach, ginger, green chillies and 1 tsp water in a mixie to make a paste. Now heat the refined in the embroidery in a light flame, add the pieces of Paneer to it and stir them until they turn light brown. After this, put these pieces of Paneer on the napkin paper outside so that it absorbs the oil. Now fry the finely chopped onions in a hot oil pan until it becomes light brown.

Keep in mind that after roasting the onions, do not forget to add tomatoes to it and now put the made paste in the roasted onions and tomatoes. Then cook the mixture for a while. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook on a low flame until it starts boiling. Now mix the whole mixture well. After boiling, add the Paneer and cook for 4-5 minutes. After this, add Kasuri fenugreek and lemon juice and mix it. Keep in mind that after lightening the flame, add cream to it. Now leave it on low flame to cook for a while. After some time turn off the gas and serve.
