Palani: The famous hill shrine of Lord Murunga collection of last two years of hundi collections is netted rs. 2.64 crore, officials said.

Besides cash, the devotees also offered foreign currency, 753 gm of gold and 14,080 gm of silver, temple sources said.

The sources stated, “The temple joint commissioner Rajamanickam was present when the hundials were opened and the offerings counted on Monday and Tuesday”.
