A team of Chief Minister Flying Squad and Tata Salt Manufacturing Company along with police conducted a joint raid at a place in Palwal, Haryana and busted a factory manufacturing fake salt in the name of Tata Company. The raiding team has seized 43 sacks of prepared salt, 50 sacks of open salt and empty wrappers and machines with the name of Tata Company from the spot.
Palwal police registered a case against the named criminal on the complaint of the director of Tata Company and initiated an investigation. All the criminals are currently out of police arrest. Police are now on the lookout for them. Pankaj Gupta, Director, Graves Protection Management Pvt. Ltd. company, Vikaspuri, Delhi, said he received a letter that a fake salt factory in the name of Tata Company was being run near the teej temple in Palwal. On the basis of this tahrir, the Chief Minister along with the Flying Squad and the police were handed over to the police on the spot and a consignment of fake salt was seized.
On the same occasion, a consignment of salt including empty cuts printed in the name of Tata Company, one kilogram of polythene packets, packing machines, weighing machines, salt making machines were recovered. According to police, based on the complaint, a case is being registered against factory operator Sandeep Bhati and further action is being taken.
