It has been made necessary to link the pan card and the Aadhaar card, India's two most important documents. If your PAN is not linked to Aadhaar, it will be invalid. You may have a lot of problems if you haven't linked your Pan to Aadhar yet. Under Section 139AAA of the Income Tax Act, your PAN card will be treated as invalid if your PAN is not linked to Aadhaar. In addition, you will not be able to file your ITR. Your tax refund may also get stuck. If you want to avoid all these problems, immediately link your PAN to Aadhaar.
How to link your PAN with Aadhaar:-
Will first have to visit the e-filing portal of income tax to link PAN with Aadhar Card.
On the left side of the portal, you will get the option of Link Aadhar, click on it.
Clicking on it will open the option to fill in the details, fill in all your details
Fill in the pan number, Aadhaar number option in these options.
Enter the captcha code after filling in all the details.
After doing so, click on Link Aadhar.
Your PAN card will be linked to your Aadhaar card as soon as you click.

You can also link your PAN card to Aadhaar card even if you do not have internet connectivity. For this, you have to seek the support of SMS. To link your PAN card to Aadhaar through SMS, type UIDPAN
