Gaya: A woman working in the office of the Panchayati Raj Department in Bihar's Gaya district has levelled serious allegations against a Panchayati Raj official. The woman alleges that the officers ask her to come to the office wearing tight jeans and a t-shirt. According to the woman, the officer threatened to say, "You don't know, both hiring and removing you are in my hands." So do exactly as I speak," the victim said, complaining to CM Nitish Kumar about the matter.''

According to the report, the matter is being reported from the office of the Panchayati Raj Department present in the Gaya collectorate. Following the woman's complaint, the Gaya collector has formed a team to investigate. A woman employee of the Panchayati Raj Department office here has accused the Panchayati Raj office bearer of her own department of sexual harassment. Following the woman's allegations, an inquiry has been ordered by the CM to the Magadh divisional commissioner. Subsequently, the Collector has constituted an inquiry committee.

Apart from the District Programme Officer and the Labour Superintendent, some other women personnel were also involved in the investigation. However, the criminal Panchayati Raj officer says that we are being framed in this case. The officer says that the woman who has made the allegation is not in my department. I will put my point before the investigation team. At the same time, the accused woman was accused of molestation and said that Rajiv Kumar calls in his chamber. Sit on the chair and flirt. Turn the hands. The woman says, "The officers call in their black-glass chamber and say that I can keep you and removing it is also a pinch of play. You come to the office wearing tight jeans and t-shirt for me." Collector Dr Tyagarajan SM has ordered an inquiry into the matter. The district magistrate has sought a report from the investigation team within 48 hours.
