Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is now finding no effective way to maintain his supremacy in the Congress due to ignorance from the high command. The ignorance of the high command and the backlash from supporters left Hooda with no hope of further politics. At his residence in New Delhi, Hooda consulted the leaders of the 37-member committee formed after the Rohtak Parivartan Mahareli for the next strategy, but most of his supporters rejected the proposal to form a separate party.

If we leave the opinion of the pro-leaders of Hooda's stronghold Rohtak, Sonipat and Jhajjar, then the leaders of other districts kept themselves away from the strategy of forming a separate party. Most of the leaders suggested Hooda stay in Congress and strengthen his organization according to the high command and to serve his political interests. Hooda held separate discussions with all the leaders along with former state Assembly Speaker HS Chadha and committee convenor Congress MLA Udaybhan Singh. Later, former minister Krishnamurthy Hooda told that all the members of the committee have left the final decision on former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

After the meeting, former Finance Minister Sampat Singh said clearly that the condition of Congress in the state is not so good. Now the Congress organization cannot be stronger with these things. For five years, the Congress has not had a unit at the district and block levels in the state. In such a situation, Congress will not be able to do any special charisma without the organization. Therefore, the party high command will have to do a big operation in the state organization.
