1 tsp garam masala

Method of making paneer two onions - For this, heat the oil in a pan and add cumin, cardamom, green chilli and let it be chopped. After that, give ginger garlic paste and onion paste dal. Now cook until the colour of the onion paste turns light brown. After that add the tomato puree and cook for 3-5 minutes. Now after this, add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry for a minute. Finally, add water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add the grated onions and cheese to the gravy, cover the lid and cook again for 5 minutes. Finally, add Kasuri fenugreek and mix well. After that decorate it with green coriander and serve or eat hot with chapatis!
