Paneer Butter Masala:
Ingredients:
250g paneer (cubed)
2 tbsp butter
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:
Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a minute.
Add tomato puree, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Stir in the paneer cubes and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Palak Paneer:
Ingredients:
250g paneer (cubed)
2 cups spinach (blanched and pureed)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
Stir in the spinach puree and paneer cubes. Simmer for a few minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice.

Paneer Tikka Masala:
Ingredients:
250g paneer (cubed)
1 capsicum (cubed)
1 onion (cubed)
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, tomato paste, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion to the marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer mixture, and cook until the masala thickens.
Serve hot with naan or rice.

Kadai Paneer:
Ingredients:
250g paneer (cubed)
1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the masala is cooked.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add paneer cubes and bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Matar Paneer:
Ingredients:
250g paneer (cubed)
1 cup green peas (frozen or fresh)
1 onion (pureed)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onion puree and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the masala is cooked.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add paneer cubes and green peas. Simmer for a few minutes until the peas are cooked.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
