Wicket kepper- batsman Rishabh Pant has amazed the audience with his performance in National team as well as in IPL. The swashbuckling left-handed batter been garnering praises from all corners of the world due to his talent and ability to change games single-handedly. He has hogged the limelight by playing some blistering knocks for Team India and now – Delhi Capitals in the ongoing Indian Premier League 2019. Former Indian captain Sourav Gangulyhas heaped praise on the young wicketkeeper-batsman by saying that he has the ability to win matches single-handedly.

Ganguly further said that he has never stopped a match-winner from doing what he does the best while adding that he believes in Pant and he has a bright future ahead of him. Ganguly who is now working as an advisor for Delhi Capitals said Pant is highly gifted and talented and his knock against Mumbai Indians in IPL 2019 was incredible. Against MI, Pant hammered an unbeaten 78 off 27 balls to help DC bag a 37-run win and the youngster received applauds from all corners of the world. He said, “ Rishabh is highly gifted and talented. His knock in Mumbai was incredible and I've seen very few players put on a performance like that. It's a format where you have to score runs. He has the match-winning ability. In my career, I've never stopped a match winner from doing what he does best. I believe in him. Be it Delhi or India, he will go a long way as his future is very bright," Ganguly told IndiaTV.
