Mumbai: New revelations are being made in the case of explosives and murder of Mansukh Hiren outside Antilia, home of the country's rich businessman Mukesh Ambani. Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh reached the office of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) investigating the case at 9.30 am on Wednesday. It is hoped that many important questions can be answered by Parambir Singh.

The Bombay High Court on Monday, while calling the extortion case of Rs 100 crore as an exceptional case, directed the CBI to initiate a preliminary inquiry into allegations of corruption against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh within 15 days. After this, the CBI has started investigating the case. Let us know that former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh wrote a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray and Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, in which he had made serious allegations.

He wrote in the letter that Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh wanted police officers to collect Rs 100 crore per month from bars and hotels. Along with this, Param Bir Singh had filed a PIL in the Bombay High Court, in which he demanded a CBI inquiry for the allegations leveled against Anil Deshmukh.
