Parsley is very beneficial for health. Parsley contains amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, proteins, potassium, sodium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B12, vitamin B1 and vitamin C. By drinking parsley juice daily, there can be many benefits associated with health.
