Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham’s Pathaan is one of the year's most awaited films Pathaan finally hit the theatre screen.  The movie is receiving good reviews from Fans. Pathaan is breaking the records of various Blockbuster films at the Box office even after the Boycott trends. The movie is called for Boycott for Deepika’s saffron Bikini.

Now filmmaker Karan Johar took to social media to take a dig on these Boycott trends. He wrote, "Nothing matters more than a great film. The mega blockbuster success proves that excessive promotions, fear of trolling, boycott threats, just about all the myths that we as an industry propagate or believe in is redundant when a film like PATHAAN kills all of it!!!! Old school conviction and a kick ass trailer is what we all need! So thrilled for you Adi, Sid, bhai, bhaijaan, John, DP!!!! Rooting for you till we reach that magic number." Karan wrote, "Special shout out to my buddies Vishal Dadlani Shekhar Ravjiani for the blockbuster soundtrack of Pathaan! May the force of melody always be with you."

This came after Kangana took an indirect dig at Karan Johar‘s comment. She said, "Bollywood walon yeh narrative banane ki koshish mat karna ki iss desh mein tum Hindu hate se suffer kar rahe ho, agar maine phir se yeh word suna ‘triumph over hate’ toh tum logon ki wahi class lagegi jo kal lagi thi.”

Pathaan marks Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen in over four years. The action thriller also stars John Abraham and is directed by Siddharth Anand. The film released in theatres on January 25, 2023. The film was released in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions apart from Hindi. The film is released in a record-breaking 100+ countries and screened in more than 2500 screens overseas alone.
