In an exclusive interview to a prominent media house, Shivand Tiwari said Nitish Kumar knows what the BJP's intention is. She is doing dirty politics in the name of religion by promoting hysteria, violence in the country. We support the stand taken by the JD(U) on contentious issues like triple talaq, article 370 and Ram Mandir and appeal to Nitish Kumar to think of the country's interest now.

He further said that there is no face of opposition in the country right now. Nitish's ability is not just cm, he should understand. Only Nitish Kumar can fight PM Narendra Modi. Nitish Kumar should now stand up against the forces that divide the country and fight Narendra Modi, leaving power. If she leads the opposition, she will support all opposition parties, including the RJD.
