She has said, 'All those who know me know that the most special show in my journey so far has been Pavitra Rishta. I still remember that on the first day there was a press conference on the set where I met people and then my promo was shot. It was due to the title track and simplicity of this show that people liked it a lot.' Asha played the role of Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput's daughter Purvi in the show.
