In Bigg Boss OTT 3, every day brings new drama. YouTuber Armaan Malik, along with his two wives, Payal Malik and Kritika Malik, has become the talk of the town. During the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Anil Kapoor not only grilled the housemates but also sought the opinion of couple counselor Ekta Brahmdatt on the relationship dynamics between Armaan, Payal, and Kritika. The counselor claimed that Payal is staying with Armaan out of compulsion.

Anil Kapoor asked Ekta if Armaan, Payal, and Kritika were happy together. Ekta responded, "They are not happy; they have come to a compromise. The three of them have made a mutual agreement that this is the best way to win. Because the audience and followers are with us, this situation is very unique for people, and there is always an interest because they have never seen such a relationship being displayed so easily. They have realized that this benefits them."

Anil Kapoor further inquired why Ekta felt that Armaan, Payal, and Kritika's relationship was a compromise. Ekta explained, "Considering their background, the way Payal reacts many times, we have seen tears in her eyes in this episode when she talks about it. So, it is natural that she has not accepted it easily."

Ekta also mentioned, "Payal has tried hard to get out of it, but she couldn’t. She even went back to her parents' house, but that didn’t work out either. So she knows that maybe this is the only way to keep Armaan with her. She does not want to lose him completely. Payal has also pointed out that Armaan gives her whatever he earns, which provides her with financial security that she wouldn’t find elsewhere. That’s why she wants to stay in this relationship."

When asked about Payal's role in Armaan's life, Ekta said, "Payal plays many roles in Armaan's life. She is like his parents, siblings since he didn’t have any family when Payal came into his life. Payal fulfills those roles for him."

Regarding which wife Armaan spends more time with, Ekta noted, "Armaan is more romantically inclined towards Kritika. There is more romance with her. But, as they say, every man looks for a motherly figure in his wife, and for Armaan, Payal fulfills that role. Perhaps that’s why she holds a position like a mother-in-law at home, running the show. Armaan's body language is different with both wives. He shows more attachment to Kritika, often getting close to her in the pool or hugging her in the morning. The romantic inclination is more towards Kritika."

Anil Kapoor also asked if their relationship would survive if Armaan, Payal, and Kritika deleted their social media accounts. Ekta replied, "Maybe it could survive because the current situation benefits everyone involved, especially since they have four children. When kids are involved, many decisions change."

Talking about Payal, Ekta added, "She suppresses her emotions. She says she has accepted it, but the pain and sorrow are visible in her eyes. She hasn’t fully embraced it. However, the flip side is that Payal is getting what she wants. She is the boss at home, holding a superior position. Even Kritika acknowledges that what Payal says is what happens in the house."

Ekta also highlighted that if Payal ever objects to Armaan and Kritika's relationship, it could cause problems for them. Payal has thought about her benefits too. Emotionally, she might not be dealing well, but logically she has accepted that this is suitable for her.
