Now users will be able to enjoy chatting on Paytm. Paytm launched the Messaging feature. Users will be able to chat through messaging apps and send photos and videos to friends. Paytm has named its new features as 'Inbox'. 

By talking with the merchant, the payment will be made through this feature. Users will be able to chat with merchants and ask about the payment sent. This platform of Paytm is a full messaging platform. Paytm's senior vice president Deepak says that through this feature, users and merchants will be able to interact with each other. This will help Paytm to build a strong relationship with its customers. 

Vijay Shekhar Sharma, founder, and CEO of Paytm says that the Inbox feature will be available soon on Android and iOS platforms.

It is a hard challenge for WhatsApp as this new feature of Paytm is being considered as a tough challenge for the popular messaging app WhatsApp. This new Inbox feature has been made available to 27 million users and 50 million merchants. Whatsapp is the global messaging app and it has access to India's 30 million smartphones which is available to two-thirds of the smartphone used in India. 

While Whatsapp is offering payment service. It is going to get payment service in India. It can be launched in late November or early December. While Paytm is already paying payment services to customers in India. Paytm was established to pay the mobile phone bill in 2010. At that time, no one expected that the Paytm, which started from the mobile bill, would reach one day from e-commerce service to money transfers and chat service features.
