The DMK's election manifesto received a lot of attention during the election. Vision plans, development projects, attractive projects were mixed. When the DMK won the election and came to power, the corona general freeze in Tamil Nadu was fast approaching its peak. As a result, some promises such as the Corona Relief Fund of Rs 4,000, a reduction in milk prices and free travel for women on government city buses were immediately fulfilled. The entire state apparatus focused on corona prevention work.

AIADMK staged a protest across Tamil Nadu against the DMK government for not fulfilling many demands such as exemption for Tamil Nadu in NEET examination, Rs.1000 per month for family heads, education loan and jewelery loan waiver. In this context, the Tamil Nadu budget meeting will be held in August. The meeting is expected to begin on August 13. It has been reported that the Government of Tamil Nadu will make important announcements during this series of meetings. They say the three announcements will take effect: cancellation of education loans for students, Rs 1,000 per month for heads of households and a discount of less than Rs 5 lakh on jewelery loans.

Rural local elections are scheduled to be held for the missing areas by September 15. Local elections for municipalities, corporations and corporations will be held by December. Thus, the DMK government is forced to fulfill important election promises immediately.
