Recently, television actor Pearl V Puri was taken into custody by the police on charges of raping a minor. After which Pearl was sent to judicial custody. Pearl is currently out on bail. His friend Rashmi Arya said he has been in shock ever since Pearl came out on release. 

Rashmi Sharma said Pearl is innocent. He's an honest boy. Rashmi is pearl's close friend. She says 'He has been in shock ever since he returned on release. I am a close friend of his. That's why I know he's innocent'. Rashmi has termed the allegations against Pearl as dirty. She said that he has full faith in the judiciary and sincerely hopes that the truth will definitely come out in the public domain.

According to Rashmi, Pearl has seen a very bad phase of life. She says: "We all want Pearl and her mother to be fine. More than that, we cannot say anything at the moment. But i guarantee that the truth will come out soon. We can't share more details right now. We need justice. A large part of the truth has already come out, what has not come will also be revealed soon". Pearl V Puri was released on June 15, 2021 in the rape case. Pearl is getting a lot of support from his friends in the industry. A campaign is also being launched on social media to bring justice to Pearl.
