Bhind: The block education officer in Madhya Pradesh's Bhind handed over his charge for a day to a peon working in his office. The employee issued an important order after taking charge. After becoming a one-day officer, he issued an order that whoever is found littering in the office or comes to the office drunk will be fined Rs 200.

Bhind Block Education Officer Sudama Singh Bhadoria handed over the charge of BEO to Ramesh Srivas, a peon working in his office, for a day. However, he did not have administrative and financial powers as it has a long process. Ramesh Srivas, who became block education officer for a day, said that he has been working for 37 years, but he never dreamed that he would get an opportunity to sit on the officer's chair.

Ramesh Srivas said that I am engaged in the service of the staff working in the office every day, but after becoming a Block Education Officer for 1 day, I visited the excellent school. Ramesh said that during the inspection in the school, registers were checked. Along with this, the order has been issued that all people should come to the office on time. Apart from this, I have also ordered a fine of Rs 200 on those who litter the office, spit here and there, and smoke cigarettes. At the same time, BEO Bhadoria said that I have done an experiment. Its goal should not be in the mind of any employee that we are small employees. My point is that the powers given to all of us posted employees by the administration are important for everyone at their own level. This decision was taken with the aim of ending the distinction between employees and officers.
