Patna: The controversy between the sons of the Lalu family is rampant these days in Bihar. Everything has not been going well between Tej Pratap and Tejashwi, the two sons of the Lalu family, for a long time. Younger brother Tejashwi Yadav has sidelined elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav from RJD.

Tej Pratap then appeared in front of the camera for the first time and said, 'Saddened that mother and sister's name is not on the star campaigner's list. I don't have the greed for power. I just want to work for the people.' Not only that, but Tej Pratap also said that people are jealous of his popularity. When he was not named in the list, Tej Pratap said, 'Who issues this list, only the people of the party will tell. The name should have remained, this is the factor. Mother is the best in the organization and respecting women, her name should have come first.' Tej Pratap said that those who did not include his mother's name in the list of star campaigners should apologize.

When asked if he too had fielded and supported the by-election, Tej Pratap termed them as mere rumours. He said, "In a channel or press conference, we have not said that we have fielded a candidate. Rumours are blown by people who are jealous of us and jealous of our ability. We work to meet directly among the public. Maybe are jealous of our popularity.' Tej Pratap was asked, "When your image is becoming like Lalu Yadav, people are not afraid of this?" To this, he replied, 'Maybe. People call Second Lalu. Secondly, seeing Lalu's popularity the opponents will surely be jealous. Jealously will remain, but the second Lalu Yadav will continue to grow. No one can stop him.'
