Kathmandu: A big rally was organised in neighbouring Nepal in support of BJP leader Nupur Sharma and Hinduism. Thousands of Hindus living in Nepal started taking out rallies on the streets in support of Nupur Sharma. The rally was also held in Birgunj, Pirganj and other cities besides the capital Kathmandu.  

Meanwhile, slogans like 'Jai Hindu', 'Jai Hindutva' and 'Jai Shri Ram' were raised. In the rally, posters like "Those Hindus who don't believe on Shiva and Ram are not of any use" have also been found to be seen. Amidst the rally in Birgunj, a Hindu saint can be heard saying that he too will not sit in silence when the Hindu faith is at stake. He said that earlier also Hinduism was abused. Recently a Shiva temple was demolished in Pakistan. Then the Muslims committed hooliganism regarding the incident in India. Now he is protecting his religion by taking out a peaceful procession. Some jihadis are putting obstacles in this too. Hindu supporters also raised slogans of 'Pakistan Murdabad'.

Netizens are also reacting to it after the video of the rally surfaced. One user wrote, "This is our neighbouring country Nepal, so it performs duty like a younger brother. Look like an elder brother, no one took out a rally in favour of Nupur Sharma ji in our India, but our brothers from Nepal started taking out rallies in favour of Nupur Sharma ji. Jai Shri Ram Salutations to all the brothers and sisters of Nepal. ”
