People with more than two children should not be allowed to take government job: Baba Ramdev

Aligarh: Yoga guru and Patanjali Ayurved Limited co-founder Baba Ramdev who has always expressed concern over controlling population in India, has appealed  the government to snatch away the voting rights of people who go for more than two kids,

In an event in Aligarh on Wednesday, said,  "To control population of the country, voting rights, jobs and treatment facilities should be taken away from people who give birth to more than two kids and whether they are Hindus or Muslims. Then only the population will be controlled."

In an inauguration event of  Patanjali Garment in Aligarh, Yoga Guru told media that such people who have more than two children should not be allowed to contest elections, denied admissions in government schools, not allowed to seek treatment in government hospitals, and not allowed to take job in government sector.

 In November last year also Ramdev have made a remark on the population and  said that people like him, who do not get married, should be accorded special honours. He said ,“In this country, people like me, who never get married, should receive a special honour. Those who get married and produce more than two children should be denied voting rights.”
