Barra: After two years in Kanpur, people have shown a lot of enthusiasm on this Holi. I spent the money with their hearts open. In 2 days, the ATMs have also withdrawn more than Rs 200 crore in cash. Due to the holiday in the banks, the entire load was on the ATMs. However, due to having enough cash, people did not have to face trouble. There are over  700 ATMs of all nationalised and private banks including SBI, PNB, Bank of Baroda in the city. The banks are closed from Thursday to Sunday. Due to which all the bank managements had made adequate arrangements for cash in their respective ATMs.

After two years, due to the effect of Covid being almost zero, this time there is a lot of enthusiasm for the festival. There's also a lot of buzz in the markets. Diwali-like shopping took place between Holi. Rajendra Awasthi, secretary of the National Confederation of Bank Employees, said that more than Rs 200 crore has already been withdrawn from ATMs on Thursday and Friday. Usually, rs 50 crore is withdrawn from all ATMs in a day.

100 crore turnover in the city, 20 thousand crores across the country: CAT national secretary Pankaj Arora has said that there has been a 30 per cent increase in Holi shopping this year. After two years due to Covid, people have also made a lot of purchases in the markets. 20,000 crores worth of business is to be maintained in the entire country. At the same time, three thousand crores of business has also been done in the state. In the city, the figure is more than 100 crores. According to Pankaj Arora, Navratri is going to start from the first week of April. Support will also be started. In such a situation, the market is expected to remain colourful in the coming months as well. He has said that this time the country companies dominated the Holi market.
