Women suffer during menstruation. Every woman has to go through it. It is a little difficult for working women, but she still doesn't give up. Women who go to the office also go to the office with the pain of the period, i.e., they do not take leave at that time. Some women get the problem so much that it becomes difficult for them to get up from the bed. A study on this problem has revealed that they lose about 9 productive days a year due to period pain. Know what said in research.

The research published in the British Medical Journal included 32748 women and asked questions related to the menstrual cycle. These questions are all about how many days the period lasts, what is the severe symptom, whether they have taken a break from the office. There is a kind of answers that women have come forward with. All the women admitted that they never took a break from office because of their poor condition.

On the other hand, 26438 women said that they still go to the office even after the health deteriorated. Surprisingly, however, the quality of work for women who have gone to office has declined even in a short period. The job decline was recorded at about 33 percent, equivalent to an average 9-day shortfall. Only three percent of women take leave from office due to period problems. Most of which were girls 21 years of age or younger.
