Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have invited legal trouble after their insensitive comments targeted at a lower class community. A plea has been filed in Delhi’s Patiala House Court to file a complaint against the two for their discriminatory remarks.

Harnam Singh, ex-chairman of the Delhi Commission for Karmacharis, has filed a petition at the court against Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif for the remarks that were made during the promotion of the film Tiger Zinda Hai last year. He accused Salman Khan of making the remark and Katrina Kaif of laughing at them demanding a complaint to be filed against them.

“Rather than protesting at the offensive and insensitive statement, joined the accused number 1 (Khan) in insulting and abusing the victim through her conduct,” said Singh accusing Katrina Kaif.

Salman Khan made such a remark on a TV show along with Shilpa Shetty. He compared his dancing skills with that of a ‘bh**gi.’ Shilpa burst into laughter on the comment but later apologised for it on twitter.

Singh had also filed the complaint earlier at a police station but no FIR was registered which led him to file a plea in the court. The court has decided to hear the plea on February 27.
