New Delhi: A petition has been filed in the country's biggest court on Friday, separate from the political war in Maharashtra. The petitioner demanded the imposition of President's rule in Maharashtra, the petition refused to be heard by the apex court. Chief Justice SA Bobde said in this case that if such a demand is to be made, go to the President.

The petition filed in the Supreme Court referred to the death of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the demolition of Kangana Ranaut's office, the attack former Navy officer by Shiv Sena. The petitioner said that the state machinery in Maharashtra has failed. Along with this, it was alleged that the ruling parties are engaged in protecting the accused. During the hearing, Chief Justice Bobde has commented that the death of an actor does not mean that the law and order in the state have failed, all the examples you have given are from Mumbai.

Maharashtra Government is constantly being attacked for these issues in Maharashtra. The Uddhav Thackeray government of the state has been targeted on the issue of law and order. Earlier, political parties and Kangana Ranaut had accused the Uddhav government of negligence in the Sushant case.
