New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices have again fallen for the second consecutive day. Petrol prices have been cut by 12 paise in Delhi and Mumbai today, 11 paise in Kolkata and 13 paise in Chennai on Friday. The price of diesel has also come down by 15 paise in Delhi and Kolkata while 16 paise per liter in Mumbai and Chennai.

According to the website of IndianOil, petrol prices in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai have come down to Rs. 73.42, Rs. 76.07, Rs. 79.03 and Rs. 76.25 per liter respectively. Diesel prices in the four metros have also come down to Rs 66.60, Rs 68.96, Rs 69.81 and Rs 70.35 per liter respectively. In the international market, the price of petrol and diesel has been continuously falling in India due to softening in the price of crude oil.
