State-run oil companies have given relief in petrol and diesel prices today (Sunday). On Teachers' Day, today means that petrol and diesel prices have fallen marginally on September 05. Fuel prices are at record highs, but according to Indian Oil, petrol and diesel have become cheaper by 15-15 paise per litre.

According to the same latest price update, petrol in the national capital Delhi has become 101.19 paise per litre with 15 paise cheaper. While diesel is also selling at Rs 88.62 per litre with a reduction of 15 paise. In Mumbai, petrol prices have been cut by 13 paise, to Rs 107.26 per litre. Meanwhile, diesel is selling at 96.19 paise per litre.

State-run oil companies have cut fuel prices as crude oil is cheaper in the international market. Petrol prices have fallen by 10 to 15 paise per litre in different cities of the country. At the same time, diesel has also become cheaper by 15 paise. Tell you that this is the second time in the month of September that petrol and diesel prices have been cut. Earlier on September 01, state-run oil companies in the Indian market had cut the prices of both petrol and diesel fuels by 15-15 paise per litre. However, petrol-diesel is still at record levels.
