Petrol and diesel prices continued to remain stable on Friday. There has been no change in retail prices of both petrol and diesel across the country for the last 20 days. Even then, the price of petrol and diesel is at a historic high across the country. Petrol prices in Delhi are stable at Rs 101.84 per litre. The price of diesel remains at Rs 89.87 per litre.
Fuel prices in the same country have remained stable since 18th July. However, even after that, petrol prices in all metros including Delhi and Kolkata are beyond the century mark. The price of petrol is now more than Rs.100 per litre across the country. Diesel has also scored centuries in many states. The price of petrol in Mumbai is currently Rs 107.83 per litre. On the other hand, the price of diesel is Rs 97.45 per litre.

Petrol prices have crossed Rs 100 in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. 100 per litre in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru in metropolitan cities.
