New Delhi: State-owned oil companies have released the new rates of petrol and diesel today i.e. on Saturday, June 11. And like in the past, there has been no change in the prices today. However, the price of crude oil remains above $120. On the other hand, experts say that if crude does not come down, then the prices are bound to rise. However, there are reports that Brent Crude has crossed $122 and right now it will grow further. You all know that a few days ago, the Central Government gave a big relief to the public by reducing taxes on petrol and diesel, but due to the rising prices of crude, the petroleum companies have started putting pressure on them to raise the prices again. In such a situation, due to the rising crude, the possibility of increasing the price of petrol and diesel has increased, but the relief is that there is no increase in the prices today.

Today i.e. on Saturday, petrol is selling at Rs 96.72 per litre in Delhi and Rs 109.27 per litre in Mumbai. Petrol in Mumbai is Rs 109.27 and diesel is Rs 95.84 per litre. Petrol in Chennai is Rs 102.63 and diesel at Rs 94.24 per litre, in Kolkata, petrol is Rs 106.03 and diesel is Rs 92.76 per litre. You know that the prices of petrol and diesel change at 6 a.m. every day. In fact, the new rates come into effect from 6 a.m. After adding excise duty, dealer commission, VAT and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price almost doubles the original price and that is why the prices of petrol and diesel appear to be so high.
