New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices have not been revised by oil companies for the 12th consecutive day today. Last week, petrol prices were reduced by 13 to 15 paise, while diesel by 14 to 15 paise a litre. However, petrol is still priced at more than Rs 100 per litre in big cities. Petrol price in Delhi is Rs 101.19 while diesel price is Rs 88.62 per litre.

However, fuel prices remain at record levels for the 12th consecutive day even after petrol and diesel prices were not revised. Earlier in September, petrol and diesel prices had seen a two-time change. Earlier, in the Indian market, state-owned oil companies had reduced the prices of both petrol and diesel by 15-15 paise per litre on September 1 and September 05. Thus petrol-diesel has become cheaper by 30-30 paise so far in September.

According to reports, petrol is at Rs 98.35 per litre and diesel at Rs 88.77 per litre on September 17 in Haryana. In Chandigarh, diesel price has gone up by Rs 88.35 and petrol to Rs 97.40 per litre. Tell us that petrol and diesel prices can also be known through SMS. According to the Indian Oil website, you need to send the RSP and your city code to this 9224992249 number. Because each city has a different code, which you'll find from the IOCL website.
