New Delhi: The rising prices of diesel is not taking the name to stop. The price of diesel has increased for the sixth consecutive day today. Diesel is being sold expensive on Tuesday in many metros of the country including the capital of the country, but there is no change in the prices of petrol. On the second day of the week in Delhi on Tuesday, the price of petrol is stable at its old level of Rs 74.63 per liter and diesel has increased by 5 paise to Rs 66.99 per liter.

Talking about Kolkata, then on Tuesday, petrol is being sold at Rs. 69.40 per liter with diesel being increased by Rs. 77.29 per liter and diesel by 5 paise. On the other hand, in Mumbai, on Tuesday, petrol is getting its old price only at Rs 80.29 per liter. Diesel has increased by 5 paise to Rs 70.28 per liter in Mumbai.

Petrol prices in Chennai also remain the same on Tuesday. Petrol is stable at Rs 77.58 per liter and diesel is increasing by 5 paise at Rs 70.82 per liter. Petrol price in Rajasthan capital Jaipur has been reduced by Rs 29 to Rs 78.55 per liter. Diesel is being sold 20 paise cheaper and is being sold at Rs 72.11 per liter.
