New Delhi: The general public today got relief after the hike in diesel prices on Friday. The country's leading oil marketing companies have not changed the oil prices today. Today, diesel remained stable at yesterday's prices. Petrol remained unchanged at prices fixed on September 5. Yesterday, oil marketing companies had increased diesel by 20 to 22 paise per litre. However, there was no change in the price of petrol. After about 70 days, the oil companies had hiked the prices of diesel.
Petrol in Delhi is Rs 101.19 per litre and diesel is Rs 88.82 per litre
Petrol at Rs 107.26 per litre and diesel at Rs 96.41 per litre in Mumbai
Petrol at Rs 101.62 per litre and diesel at Rs 91.92 per litre in Kolkata
Petrol at Chennai at Rs 98.96 per litre and diesel at Rs 93.46 per litre
Petrol in Bengaluru is Rs 104.70 per litre and diesel Rs 94.27 per litre
Petrol in Bhopal is Rs 109.63 per litre and diesel is Rs 97.65 per litre
Earlier, petrol and diesel prices had fallen by 15-15 paise on 5th September 2021. While the price of oil had not increased since July 17, the prices must have been cut. Prices have been cut twice in the month of September. Petrol diesel prices had come down by 15-15 paise per litre on Wednesday before Sunday. Earlier also, the prices of both the fuels were cut the same.
