New Delhi: The common public is still relieved about fuel prices. The prices remained unchanged today after a cut of 39 paise per liter in two days this week. On Friday also, there was no change in the prices of petrol and diesel. Last week, the price of crude oil in the international market had seen a decline.

But due to the ongoing crisis in the Suez Canal, crude prices are now being recorded once again. The oil companies have, therefore, once again decided not to amend the price of petrol and diesel at the domestic level. Petrol is selling at Rs 90.78 and diesel at Rs 81.10 per liter in Delhi after prices remained stable on Saturday after Friday. Earlier, the prices were reduced for two consecutive days.

Petrol has been 39 paise and diesel 37 paise cheaper in Delhi in two days. On Wednesday and Thursday, oil companies have given relief to fuel prices. There has been no increase in oil prices so far in March. But, last month, the prices of petrol and diesel had increased for 16 consecutive days, making the prices of both fuels in every city at an all-time high.
