Oil prices remained stable on Friday following the hike in petrol and diesel prices on Thursday. Even then, petrol and diesel prices are at historic highs across the country. The price of petrol in Delhi is Rs 101.54 per litre today i.e. Diesel is also priced at Rs 89.87 per litre. Petrol price was hiked by 35 paise per litre and diesel by 15 paise per litre on Thursday. Petrol has become costlier by Rs 10.35 since May 1. Petrol price in Delhi rose from Rs 90.40 per litre on May 1 to Rs 101.54 per litre now. Petrol has increased by Rs 11.14 per litre in the last 74 days.

Diesel prices in Delhi have also increased by Rs 9.14 per litre in the last two months. Diesel in the national capital on May 01 was at Rs 80.73 per litre which has now increased to Rs 89.87 per litre. With this, petrol and diesel prices rose in the Indian market on Thursday. After this change, petrol prices rose by 35 paise per litre and diesel by 15 paise per litre. 101.54 per litre and diesel at Rs 89.87 per litre in Delhi.
