The Supreme Front of India (PFI) has filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court of India regarding the verdict of the Ayodhya land case. PFI has filed a curative petition demanding a re-consideration of the decision of November 9 last year on Ayodhya. A curative petition from the Supreme Court has also demanded a debate in the open court. The petition said that the apex court stayed its November 9, 2019 decision, in which the ownership of the disputed land was given to Ramlala.

For your information, let us tell you that the Peace Party also filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court in the month of January. This petition was filed by the Peace Party after the first all reconsideration petitions were rejected in the Ayodhya case. During that time also, Dr. Job of Peace Party had demanded a rethink on the decision of November 9. He said that the decision that came earlier was taken on the basis of faith.

On November 9 last year, a five-member constitution bench headed by the then Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi gave its verdict on the Ayodhya case. The bench had said that a decision on this matter will not be made on the basis of faith. It was said that the ownership of the land cannot be given on the basis of faith, the decision will be based on the law. The Supreme Court, while delivering its decision, gave the ownership of the disputed land to Ramlala. The Muslim side was asked to give an alternative site in Ayodhya itself. The court had ordered the Sunni Waff Board to give 5 acres of land in Ayodhya in a separate place.
