Anurag Singh's upcoming film Kesari starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra is set to hit the theatres on March 21. A new song Teri Mitti from the film was released recently. See pics from the launch in the slider. Kesari is a period war film directed by Anurag Singh and co-starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra. Recently, the makers of the film conducted a press conference to launch the song Teri Mitti which is sung by B Praak and the lyrics is written by Manoj Muntashir.

The film narrates the story of a war that is considered as one of the greatest battles fought in history. Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of Havildar Ishar Singh, a soldier who participated in the Battle of Saragarhi against the Afghans. Karan Johar, the producer of the film came in style for the launch of the song. Wearing a pair of camouflage pants and an overcoat jacket, Karan looked dapper.

Akshay's co-star in the film, Parineeti attended the event in a vibrant yellow suit that had embrodery all over it. Captured on the lens, the team of Kesari with stars Akshay Kumar, Parineeti Chopra and director Anurag Singh. The film is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and will hit the theatres on March 21.
