Dimple girl Preity Zinta is celebrating her 43rd birthday. The actress cut her birthday cake in presence of her close friends from the industry including Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Bobby Deol, Iulia Vantur among others. Preity posted the picture stating, "Thank you all for all the wonderful birthday wishes  So humbled and so touched by all the good wishes Loads of love! #AboutLastNight"

 Preity's husband Gene Goodenough was not present at her party but we are sure he will definitely make up for it. In an earlier interview, she had said that she is indeed lucky to have Gene as he pushes her to work. She said, "For me, it is very simple, I am married, working and very happy. I am lucky that I am married to a person who actually pushed me into doing a movie. I thought I didn’t want to do any more movies and I moved to the business side of life." 

Nothing is really known about Preity and Gene's affair, but in a recent interaction with fans on Facebook, she revealed when she first met him. A fan asked her, "When did you meet your husband Gene Goodenough?" Preity replied back saying, "I met him in Santa Monica in Los Angeles about six years ago. Then we dated for five years and we finally got married."
