Director Anil Ravipudi is teaming up with Mahesh Babu for a film, which might have Jagapati Babu in the antagonist role. The movie is touted to be a revenge drama. Superstar Rajinikanth occupied a spot on the list of trends all of Thursday, after pictures of the actor from the sets of his forthcoming film Darbarsurfaced on social media.

Recently, latest photos from the sets of the film surfaced on the internet which shows Rajinikanth enjoying a cricket session in a lush green ground. In the pictures from the sets that are doing the rounds in the social media where one can see Rajinikanth along with Yogi Babu and other cast and crew enjoying cricket. Rajinikanth is all dressed up in a retro look and lead actress Nayanthara is seen standing alongside her dressed in a red and white glamours saree.

The team looked like they were shooting for a cricket sequence. However, the official pics are yet to be out. Darbar has been directed by AR Murugadoss and Rajinikanth will be seen playing the role of a police officer in the film. The actor will be seen portraying the role of a cop after 25 years. He was last seen as a police officer in the 1992 film Pandian.
