Jaipur: Congress MLA from Todabhim of Sachin Pilot Camp PR Meena has recently praised the functioning of the Gehlot government. In fact, he recently said, "Even after the Modi government at the Centre's lack of adequate supply of vaccines and medicines, discriminatory attitude in allocation of oxygen, limited resources, corona has been managed in Rajasthan under the leadership of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot". At the same time, he also said, "Rajasthan was at the forefront of vaccination. Free vaccination of people in the age group of 18 to 44 years is being done by the State Government itself, there is a demand for free vaccination from the Government of India all over the country, but unfortunately, the Central Government is not paying any attention to it. During corona, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot fulfilled his resolve not to sleep hungry, did not allow anyone to sleep hungry".
He further said, "33 lakh poor families have been given financial assistance of Rs.5500 per family on which Rs.18.15 crore has been borne. During the entire period of the epidemic, corona management as well as development works have not been allowed to stop and health services have also been continuously strengthened. Rajasthan has emerged as a model in corona management".
Meena also hit back at the statements of BJP leaders saying, "BJP should first take over its house, then comment about congress party government and organisation. The history of the Congress party is more than 100 years old so there have been many ups and downs. Narendra Modi has come to power by mistake by making false promises to the people of the country but the Congress party has brought this country to this position with great hard work".
