New Delhi: 100 pairs of trains will be operational in the country from June 1, for which booking has started on IRCTC from 10 am today. Waiting for the passenger trains to be run for a long time and in this direction, Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has said that many more trains will also be approved soon. Train ticket booking will be started at 1.7 lakh centers in the country to start operating trains.

Piyush Goyal said that we will soon announce the running of more trains. Now the time has come that steps should be taken to make the situation normal again in India. It is clear from the statement of Piyush Goyal that soon more trains will be announced in the country and for this, the system of booking counter tickets will also be resumed. Let us know that only online booking is being done for the trains that are running now. People are booking train tickets through IRCTC. These arrangements are for 15 special trains which have been run recently and for 200 trains which are currently running from June 1.

Piyush Goyal also said that in the coming two to three days, booking of tickets from ticket counters will be started, for this we are studying and developing protocol. As you know, after the lockdown started from 25 March, the operation of trains was stopped in the whole country. Along with them, air flights and metro were also closed during lockdown.
