Ingredients for making pizza - 1/2 tsp butter - one bread left at night – 6 slices jalpeno – 1/2 cup mojerella cheese – 4 tsp pizza sauce – a little spinach chopped – some slices capsicum and onion – 10 pieces olive chopped – 1/2 tsp chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp micked herbs

How to make - First add half a teaspoon of butter to the pan and heat the pan. Now then add the remaining night bread to this pan and heat lightly. Now turn off the gas after that. Now use a little thick bread to make pizza, otherwise it can burn from the bottom while making pizza. Add 4 teaspoons of pizza sauce to this bread and use tomato sauce if there is no pizza sauce. Now add onion and capsicum slices, chopped olive pieces, spinach, jalpeno slices and mojerella cheese and top it well. You can also use chili, paneer or corn, etc. if you like. Now garnish it with chilli flakes and mix herbs from the top and burn the griddle gas again. Then cover the roti pizza with a lid and cook well on the pan until the cheese melts well. However, if you are using a microwave, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Take your desi roti pizza ready.
