New Delhi: The Haryana Steelers beat U Mumba in the seventh season of the Pro Kabaddi League. The match was very exciting. U Mumba beat Haryana 30-27. Haryana won the victory thanks to Vikas Kandola's impressive performance. Vikas scored nine points. Even Mumbai's defence failed to perform as expected in the last moments. The Steelers were ahead 16-8 by intermission.
U Mumba made a comeback in the second half but could not escape defeat. With this win, the Haryana team has moved up to the fifth position in the points table with 26 points with five victories in nine games. U Mumba's team took the lead at the beginning of the match but the super raid of development put Haryana ahead. In the 15th minute, U Mumba went all out. After the first half, the Haryana Steelers were ahead 16-8. But in the second half, the Mumbai team performed well and scored fast in the last minute. But the victory shuns him.
In another match, the top-ranked Jaipur Pink Panthers were defeated by UP Yoddha 31-24. This is Jaipur's second defeat but it still remains at the top with 31 points. Both the attack and the defence of Jaipur failed in this match. Captain Deepak Hooda insisted but he did not get any support. For the Yoddha, Surender Gill scored eight points. The team put Jaipur under pressure from reding, which lasted till the end.
