Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin will play the role of former cricketer Sunil Gavaskar in his upcoming film '83' and he is also assuming a huge responsibility to play the role and the film is based on the Indian cricket team winning the 1983 World Cup and actor Ranveer Singh's is ready to be seen in the role of Kapil Dev.
Talking about this role, Tahir said, "Playing the role of Sunil Gavaskar is a big responsibility in itself and I want to assure people in this tough test that they are looking at me but not a legend on the screen and of this role." For Bhasin, not only playing cricket but also focusing on the special shots of Sunil Gavaskar.
"In field practice, I am trying to learn not only good cricket but also the special shots of Gavaskar, and I am trying to get Sunil Gavaskar's gesture in the Nets. The 32-year-old Tahir Bhasin had a film with Rani Mukherjee in Bollywood. The film "83" will be released on April 10 next year.
