Fatehpur: In the district, the health of 67 children deteriorated due to eating polluted food in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Vidyalaya, Khasmau, which is operated by the Ashram system. It was believed that timely treatment of the children was started, which is now stable in the condition of all the children. Adulteration of school food is the main cause of this incident. It is also being said that all this mess has taken place from the firm on behalf of which food arrangements are provided for school children. In fact, children were also being given raw food and adulterated milk, which started damaging the health of the children.

Stale food is given: It has been found that there are so many discrepancies in this food dispensing system that children are suffering from it. Children say they are mostly given stale food. The quality of milk available is also very useless. Sometimes they were given sour milk to drink. It was because of this constant food that suddenly the children's health deteriorated and everyone started complaining of vomiting, diarrhoea. After which the health ministry team reached the school and provided medicines to the children.

Dirt is also a problem: not only food but other school arrangements also caused trouble for children. Children have also reported that their rooms and toilets are also not cleaned at the right time. The school campus is full of dirt all around. When the light goes out at night, they have to study in the light of the flashlight. Questions are being raised as to why children's education and future are being played out by talking about the better development of children.

The extent is when the case has complained to the school management and they ignore them. In this case, DM, Social Welfare Officer KS Mishra has said that children have been reported ill in Khasmau Vidyalaya. The medicine has been given after sending a health team to check the sick children. There have been complaints of giving contaminated food to children in the school. A notice has been issued to the concerned firm on which the food provider has been issued seeking a response.
